Not cheap by any means the cartier line of jewlery and watches are  luxurious as they  come, the watches are the most useable and actually serve a purpose other than being a status symbol or a hint of wealth for someone to show their wealth or show their love for another person.  The cartier tank francasie  watch emerged in 1917 during the 1st world war and has developed thru the years ,there are over 3o different tank models available now.

Cartier produces 3 different variations  of the watch Men’s,Ladies ,and a midsize to suit anyone who wants a watch that isnt too big or too small .  The cartier tank francaise  we1018s3 midsize watch has  24 diamonds incrusted on the outer casing and the watch itself is 18 ct white gold, this watch cost over 20k.  Never would i pay that much money for a watch but if thousands were like quarters to me i would not give it much thought,however that is not the case, these watches are ultra expensive and they do retain their value very well.  If you buy a Cartier watch then it is  a investment and a better investment than say a car that cost the same or more, the car would drop in value to nothing eventually but the cartier watch would retain the same worth and eventually the value would grow as it got in the antique years of its life, ever how you look at it  it is only a waste to some people and a investmet  for others.
